These popular TeamMama fitness classes are held around the network of paths in the beautiful Nonsuch Park. You will be worked hard to challenge your cardio, strength and core fitness, the perfect combination for regaining your fitness and body after giving birth and beyond.
Classes are varied and fun, often working closely with other Mamas in the group. You can bring your babies or toddlers secured in pushchairs, or you can come on your own!
FitMama also welcomes Mamas-to-be and sessions will be tailored so that they are appropriate for you and alternative exercises demonstrated.
Monday: 9.30am & 10.45am
Wednesday: 9.30am & 10.45am
Payable termly – £7 per class. There are different payment options depending on how many classes per week you sign up for. If you commit to more than one class a week you will benefit from a cheaper class cost and also get some free classes!
Class pass – £80 for a block of ten classes, allowing you the flexibility to attend classes as you wish. Passes are valid from one term to the next and you can attend multiple classes per week. Also a great option to ‘top up’ a termly payment.
