TeamMama offers a range of services, designed to help you get the most out of your exercise programme. Each service can be tailored to meet your needs.


You will be worked hard during a 60 minute ‘bootcamp’ style class. This is more than a ‘keep fit’ class; it is a class for regaining and improving your fitness and core strength post pregnancy, as well as a fantastic opportunity to meet other Mamas. FitMama welcomes Mamas at all levels of fitness and Mamas-to-be too!

CoreMama is a 45 minute core-focused session. The class is also perfect for anyone experiencing common post pregnancy conditions, such as separation of stomach muscles and stress incontinence. CoreMama classes are kept small to allow the instructors to give individuals close attention.
