Fair Processing Notice for Totally Mama

The personal data we collect about you, our client, will include data relating to your name, demographic information, such as postcode, date of birth, wider contact details, preferences and interests, website usage data and data relating to ‘health’ if applicable.

We will process your personal data to allow us to provide you with our services safely and effectively, improve the services we provide, to contact you regarding a specific enquiry and for statistical analysis for marketing purposes pertaining to Totally Mama. You have the right to access all data held about yourself by Totally Mama.

Health information collected from TeamMama Clients

Any Totally Mama client is required to submit to us a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) before joining a session. Any data collected will allow us to provide safe and effective training or treatment, and will include information about your health. Any details we collected from you will be held securely, for insurance purposes, for a period of 7 years following your last session, consultation or treatment with Totally Mama. It is your responsibility to update us with any changes to information we hold at your first opportunity.
