Fair Processing Notice for TeamMama
The personal data we collect about you, our client, will include data relating to your name, demographic information, such as postcode, date of birth, wider contact details, preferences and interests, website usage data and data relating to ‘health’ if applicable.
We will process your personal data to allow us to provide you with our services safely and effectively, improve the services we provide, to contact you regarding a specific enquiry and for statistical analysis for marketing purposes pertaining to TeamMama. You have the right to access all data held about yourself by TeamMama.
Your data will also be used to manage future communications between us, including about our products and services. You can opt out from receiving such communications at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of communications.
Your contact data will be held on a secure, encrypted computer system. We will only grant access to or share your data within the TeamMama team, and where we are required or entitled to do so by law under lawful data processing. We will only use your data for the purpose for which it was collected.
We ensure we work in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Health information collected from TeamMama Clients
Any TeamMama client is required to submit to us a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) before joining a session. Any data collected will allow us to provide safe and effective training or treatment, and will include information about your health. Any details we collected from you will be held securely, for insurance purposes, for a period of 7 years following your last session, consultation or treatment with TeamMama. It is your responsibility to update us with any changes to information we hold at your first opportunity.
A cookie is a small text file containing a unique identifier which our websites place on the hard drive of your computer. Information supplied by the cookie enables us to recognise your user credentials and separate your activity from that of other users.
